About these terms
This website is run by Oolite Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 18 700 555 460), trading as Oolite Solar & Battery. These rules cover how you use the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Information only
Everything on this site is general information, to help you decide. It is not advice about your own home. Solar, battery and electrical choices depend on your property, so always get a proper quote and check it before you commit to anything.
Prices, guesses and the calculator
Every price on this site is a guess shown as a range. That includes the savings, the rebate figures, how long it takes to get your money back, and everything in the calculator. None of them are a quote or a promise. The real figures depend on how much power you use, the plan you are on, your roof, your switchboard, the weather, and future prices. A price is only firm once we have looked at your place and put it in writing. Rebate, loan and network figures are the amounts that applied on the date shown, and they can change. We confirm the current numbers in your written quote.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this site, and nothing in these rules, takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be removed. Where the law lets us limit what we are responsible for, and only as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for knock-on losses from relying on the general information on this site. Your consumer guarantee rights still apply on top of that.
Using the site properly
Please use the site normally, and legally. Do not try to break it, copy it in bulk, overload it, or misuse it. Do not put false details, or someone else's details, into the form. We may block access if the site is being misused.

The words, pictures, logo and design on this site belong to Oolite Electrical Pty Ltd, or we have permission to use them. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
